Just as you wouldn't patron a restaurant and request to have a table for 8 with only 3 dining, please use the same etiquette here to be respectful of our shop and other painters. NON-PAINTERS? You probably have some questions, so here is some basic information to get you started. How do I contact the store if I have a question? A. We will contact you for pick up when your pottery is galzed and fired. Just hand a team member your finished pottery in the bag it came in along with the contact information slip that was provided. They then personalize their chosen pottery by painting. At Color Me Mine, our guests choose from a wide selection of unpainted ceramic pieces, such as plates, mugs, bowls, figurines, and more. Pottery can be dropped off weekly during our operating hours. Color Me Mine is a paint-your-own-pottery franchise that makes the unique and creative experience of pottery painting accessible for people of all ages. When can I return my finished pottery from my To-Go Kit? A. You can purchase pottery and To Go kits online through our website for pick up or delivery. A To-Go Kit is your choice of pottery and comes with up to 5 paint colors, 2 brushes, a sponge and can be painted at home to be returned to the studio at a later date for glazing and firing. What is a To-Go Kit and how do I order one? A. We hold pottery for 30 days after we contact you for pick up. It takes 7 -10 days after the day that you paint for your pottery to be ready for pick up. How long does it take to get my pottery back and will you hold it if I can’t come to pick up right away? A. The median cost per person usually runs about $35. The studio fee covers all materials, paints glazing and firing. The cost is the price of the pottery plus a $10 studio fee. How much does it cost to paint pottery? A. Masks are optional for both our staff and customers. Should I wear a mask if I come in to paint at the studio? A. We are open Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 11am-6pm for in studio painting, pottery TO GO shopping, pick ups and drop offs.
